Cancellation is accepted until the order is shipped (1-3 days). Cancellations after the order is shipped are no longer possible.

After placing your order, our processing time is 1-3 days.

It will be sent immediately after our processing time with your chosen shipping.

To make a return the item must be in its original packaging with Calder seal intact and unworn. No signs of wear includes no perfume smell, deodorant or washing.

A return shipping fee of €6.50 will be deducted from your return.
